HOW TO MAKE A PERFECT ANKARA BOW

Welcome to another DIY Project by FASHIONPRENUER . You really don't have to be a crafts person to make lovely DIY Clothing or accessories by yourself and save money. Whether your Accessories or your Clothing needs updating or your old weaves needs a remake etc. They can be renewed by useful DIY Tutorials you will find on this blog. We don't suggest that you throw old stuff away immediately. You can make over the old stuff and have something Fashionable that can be sold also.

FASHIONPRENUER DIY PROJECTS will not only save your money, but also give you the opportunity to create fashion stuff at home and make money. I am going to share with you the step by step process you need to make your own Perfect Bow with Ankara fabric. Follow the Steps numbered 1-29 in the Photo Boxes below.

MATERIALS needed include;
* 1/2 yard Ankara Fabric
* Thread
* Needle
* Scissors

Now that we have our Materials, Let's Get Started

STEP 1: lay out your Ankara Fabric... Cut a rectangle of Length of 6 and width of 12. Fold the width of the Fabric from both end and stop at center point. Then Fold the Sides ( Length) on both sides and stop at the center point as shown in the photo below.

STEP 2: Hold down the the center of your folded Ankara Fabric and pin it. Now, cut a smaller rectangule from your remaining Ankara Fabric and fold as shown in the photo below.

STEP 3: Thread your needle and Sew the center point together. Then Pinch the mid-point of your Fabric as shown in the photo below.

STEP 4: Hold  up your bow shaped Fabric and Wrap the smaller Rectangular Fabric around the Center of the Bow as shown in the Photo below.

 

STEP 5: Sew the Small wrapped rectangular fabric with your Thread and needle.... cut of the excess thread and your bow is Ready! as shown in the photo below.
